Yes. We host conferences in Polish, English, or bilingually, alternating between both languages as required. We also work with simultaneous interpreters. For international events, we tailor the hosting to the language profile of the participants.
Managing the event schedule is part of the MC’s role. They shorten or extend stage segments as needed and handle transitions and announcements smoothly, helping the programme finish on time without any visible disruption for the participants.
Yes. We provide our own sound equipment for our musical performances. For conferences, we usually work in cooperation with the venue’s technical team or your chosen AV provider.
No. The music is performed only in the areas and at the moments where it supports the flow of the day: during registration, breaks, lunch, dinner, and the evening programme. The volume level is agreed in advance with you and the technical team before the event begins.
Yes. Professional event hosting is available as a standalone service.
Yes. We provide services throughout the Masovian region as standard. Events in other locations across Poland are quoted individually, including travel costs.
